No one ever said the birth certificate was at DNC HQ. It was at Obama Headquarters in Chicago. Anyone who wanted to look at it could request to see it. This was open knowledge. Why didn’t you or Polarik go look at it? Fact Check did.

    Even if the BC was at Hussein’s Chicago headquarters, no one has been allowed to see it. Instead, $1.1 million has been spent in attorneys’ fees defending Hussein’s “right” to keep it private. This number has been verified by the FEC, as Obama’s campaign had to report it on its expenditures statements from both the last quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009.

    How many new presidents have accumulated $1.1 million in legal fees, almost half of it BEFORE he was even inaugurated?

    Additionally, the state of Hawaii has confirmed that the document they have on file is different from that posted on the Internet, so there are two different documents. If Obama had wanted to release his original BC, he could have given his permission. But he won’t, and the officials in Hawaii are too scared and/or intimidated to release it, even though it should be public information.

    We all know he was not born here and is therefore not a natural-born citizen. He knows it, too. He just thought he could get away with this heist.

    I also DO NOT see ANY of Fact Check’s people coming out of the wordwork to help put this to rest. They are silent. I would be too if ever had to be deposed.

    Orly,
    It is easy to see that these Nobama and Mich-HELL thugs are simply trying to distract you. They see that you are getting closer and closer. These thugs have nothing better to do than to accept the wealth that nobama is spreading around so in addition to they low life boring lives they are paid probably minimum wage by usurper nobama to distract you. Call their bluff and continue your fight. Dont let them distract you by wanting you to answer to their snide remarks. Thanks lady liberty for your dedication to this fight!

    The mian point is that Congress must vet Obama as the Constituion outlines and they need to have a investigation on the birth issue and the Supreem Court is the other frederal branch that can weigh in on his status. National security and Constituional compliance is not to be based on some internet posting by Fact Check or anyone else.

    Eagleeye: There have been people who went to Chicago and were refused to be allowed to see such document. You accept a photoshopped document, Yes it was photoshopped on a MAC. If you don’t believe it all you have to do is open it with notepad instead of Adobe and you will get photoshop info in the header. You also trust Factcheck which Obama had direct ties to. You are gullible. Also if you use other enhancement software on the document you can clearly see missing pixels around the date and name. Letters are typed on top of the background so the little green bars DO not stop to allow for letters yet there is GAPS in the green bars. GO AHEAD AND LOOK FOR YOURSELF, IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY EVEN WITHOUT IMAGE ENHANCEMENT you can see it. The fakecheck doc isn’t even croped so there is extra GREEN around the border and it isn’t even centered in the green field NOT a very good forgery. AT least fight the smears sight croped theirs!

    They make a Key Point:

    “In Minor v. Happersett (1874), the Supreme Court said that, if you were born in the United States and both of your parents were U.S. citizens at the time of your birth, you are, without doubt, a natural born citizen. In the same case, the Supreme Court also said that, if you were born in the United States and one of your parents was not a U.S. citizen when you were born, your natural born citizenship is in doubt. So far, the Supreme Court has not resolved this doubt because, until now, there has never been any need to do so.”

    Actual Quote from Supreme Court:

    “…it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. AS TO THIS CLASS THERE HAVE BEEN DOUBTS, but never as to the first.” (Minor v. Happersett, 1874)

    Who did Factcheck send to look at the document ? They said they sent their “representatives” . They never said they were forensic experts. They never gave their names or their qualifications to judge the validity of such a document. For all we know, their “representatives” were the office boy and the receptionist from their front desk.

    I would suggest that Dr. Ron Polarik be contacted, eagle. Here is what he said to Bret Baier a few days ago about the COLB-certificate to which you are referring. I am sure Dr. Polarik could help you.

    Congratulations to you and FOXNEWS for being the first news agency to bring Obama’s birth certificate controversy into the mainstream.

    This controversy, however, goes far beyond the question of Obama’s citizenship status — it also raises the specter of President Obama’s involvement in document fraud.

    What the Obama campaign actually posted on its website on June 12, 2008, is a forged document image and not a real copy of Obama’s birth certificate. I spent five months conducting intensive research on the document images alleged to have been made from Obama’s “original birth certificate.” My research proves that the document image posted on Obama’s website and on other pro-Obama websites, was fabricated using Photoshop, and that no such document actually exists.
