    I’ve heard that the sheriff is concerned he will be charged with perjury if he submits the report to the DA.

    why would he charged with perjury? He needs to submit the reports, everything there is true. just file the reports for God’s sake

    From what I heard, Arpaio was using the investigation to raise money, but doesn’t believe the findings. He thinks they are built on flimsy evidence. He doesn’t want to serve jail time by actually submitting the investigation to DA.

    I believe tht you, Mary Smithereen, or whatever your real name is, making up things because you are an Obama operative. Sheriff would not state that the document is a forgery without evidence backing it up
