As I predicted, Democrats are taking the initiative on eligibility, this is the move I expected.

As I predicted, Democrats are taking charge of the eligibility issue. If you are a Democrat, it make sense to do it asap. They do not want this issue exploding right before the 2012 election. If it comes to a standstill, Obama will resign, the country will probably go to a special election. Democrats will be able to bring forward a candidate, who is not wounded, who is not undermined by the scandal of ineligibility and this way they can put a tourniquet, stop the bleeding of congressional seats. If Republicans do not wake up, they will lose a winning issue, they will lose the lead.
Hawaii lawmakers want release of Obama birth info
HONOLULU – Five Hawaii Democratic representatives want to pass a law making President Barack Obama’s birth records public and charge $100 to see them.
The bill, introduced this week, would change a privacy law barring the release of birth records to anyone unless they have a tangible interest.
The measure hasn’t been scheduled for a public hearing yet, and can’t move forward until that happens.
Its primary sponsor, Rep. Rida Cabanilla, says she wants to end the controversy surrounding Obama’s birth by handing over official state records to those who will pay.
She says the fee would help offset the extra work by state employees who handle frequent phone calls and e-mails from people who believe Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii.
Hawaii’s health director has said she’s verified Obama’s original records, and notices were published in two newspapers within days of his birth at a Honolulu hospital.

What part of “tangible interest” do they not understand. Obama released his own records by posting a Hawaii form on the internet. He has opened his records for viewing. The public has tangible interest in verifying the posted document and Hawaii has a legal obligation to provide those records to support the publicly posted Hawaii form. Obama opened the door…he has invited us in to see the proof.

And–as we all know the post document was photoshopped as proven by world renown forensics expert Dr. Polarnik.
I think these dems are fooling us. They figure if they charge money for the copies it will discourage the requests.
However, the dems are the only ones who can bring O down.
