Lyona “Lee” Davis is a perennial candidate for office and a perennial filer of complaints against the Los Angeles County Registrar alleging voter fraud and violation of election laws. See Lee Davis v. Los Angeles County Registrar, et al., No. CV 08-1262 UA (C.D.Cal. 2008); Lee Davis v. Laura Richardson, No. BC377261 (Los Angeles County Superior Court 2008). She makes the same allegations regarding every election.
Hey, Orly — here’s an idea! Poor Ms. Lee always files pro per. Why don’t YOU agree to represent her pro bono? She filed a reconsideration of the dismissal of her case and, well, you are the QUEEN of motions for reconsideration. Go for it, girl!

1 #Response from Pamela Barnett regarding legal actions by an African-american Democrat Lee Davis

Feel free to post this on your website regarding Lee Davis.

That comments is from an obot/Richardson/union supporter.  Almost all of the union supported candidates mysteriously won almost all of the races.  Union members are getting screwed by their union bosses in that they are pushing for amnesty..  These union workers don’t realize that their jobs are gone if amnesty happens.

there were only two lawsuits filed by Lee Davis and fraud in both elections.  the first lawsuit wasn’t filed in time and was dismissed because it was a little beyond the statute of limitations (She did’t find out about the fraud until the statute of limitatons was over).

If there is fraud in every election there should be an election contest lawsuit in every election.  Lee Davis has many citizens willing to testify to the fraud on her behalf.  Leaving her name and other candidates (except Richardson of course) off of the ballot is pretty obvious fraud by the LA County Registrar.

BTW Politjabber is a danger to liberty and America.. I’ve seen his many pro-crime comments before.

More to come on the very fishy Mr. Logan…  I understand that he did the same thing in Washington state as a Registrar and is still being sued there for it.  I believe the unions moved Logan down to LA county to ensure union control of the most voter rich areas in the country.

Pam — or should I call you “Disabled Black Female Army Captain”? — what part of CASE DISMISSED are you not understanding? Every suit ever filed by Lee Davis has been dismissed, because she cannot read the statute and file a timely complaint or she cannot fashion a complaint that states a cognizable claim. Kinda like all your cases.
