A publicly employed official influenced a national election by making statements to the press, not under oath, and not in a court of law, and providing no document backing up her statements. She acted inappropriately and violated the ethics of her position and should not work there anymore. Words are worthless, when there is a document available and not shown, which means there may not even be such a document, or there is a document but with information harmful to Obama. No government official can be a single voice to the newspaper verifying somebody’s citizenship and place of birth…it is ridiculous! |

O RLY?

Orly, I understand you are a relatively recent player in this struggle but
Ron Polarik, who started the whole thing
agrees with the Hawaiian State Official.

Obama’s bogus certificate (con’t) What Hawaii’s Vital REcords trold me today

OK, here’s the 411 on Hawaii’s “Certification of Live Birth.
I just got off the phone after talking with their Vital Records office and the Office that issues these certifications.
HAWAII NO LONGER ISSUES COPIES OF ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES. WHAT THEY ISSUE IS THIS COMPUTER-GENERATED CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH THAT IS PRINTED ON GREEN PAPER USING A LASER PRINTER.
In other words, folks, we are not going to get any other kind of certificate from the Vital Records division of the Hawaiian government, except this certification.
OHSM 1.1 is the number of the Certification of Live Birth form, and the most current version of it is Rev 11/01 — or, what we have seen in both images.
So, a person (such as a family member) who is authorized to obtain one of these for an individual born in Hawaii, would receive this Certification regardless of when the birth occurred.
HOWEVER, they absolutely referred to African-Americans born in Hawaiio as “BLACK” and not African, and no updates to the race classifications were ever made. If your birth certificate said “BLACK” in 1961, it would still say, “BLACK” on a Certification printed today.
BUT they also told me that, for it to be a “certified” copy, it HAS to be stamped with the seal of Hawaii and the signature block, and then signed by the Dispersement office and not Vital Records.
According to our Census Bureau, all statistical reports produced by the Bureau use the terms White, Black, Hispanic origin, and White, not of Hispanic origin, were used for all census years for consistency of presentation, even though, there have been changes in terminology in census reports, including from Negro to Black between 1970 and 1980 and from Spanish origin to Hispanic origin between 1980 and 1990.
The conclusion?
Calling the image of Obama’s “Certification,” that we have seen, a “birth certificate,” is a valid statement insofar as the State of Hawaii distributes these as legitimate records of birth, providing that they have been properly certified as mentioned above.
However, all of the evidence I’ve examined to date points to what is a deliberate graphical modification of a copy of an original, or even a copy of a copy, given its degree of degradation.
The image of Decosta’s Certificate shows that it HAS ALL OF THE CERTIFICATIONS that the Hawaiian Health Department issues, whereas the image of Obama’s Certificate shows ZERO EVIDENCE OF EVER BEING CERTIFIED.
According to the caveat at the bottom of this certification, ANY ALTERATIONS RENDER IT INVALID.
Or, in other words, this image — or the source of this image — cannot be used as “prima facie evidence” in defense of any legal challenge to Obama’s date, place, and time of birth, since it has not been certified by the issuing party as being a true and accurate representation of the facts on file.
All Obama would need to do to make this issue go away, is to request that Hawaii’s office of Vital Records send him a properly CERTIFIED “Certificate,” laser printed on the original green paper, that has no evidence of tampering or alteration.

Mik,
You obviously didn’t read what you just posted. Polarik said that there is no evidence that Obama’s certificate was certified by Hawaii officials and that the ethnicity of Obama’s father (African) is not consistent with the ethnicity used on B.C’s in 1961 (Black or Negro). In other words, he still believes that the COLB is a fake.

Mik,
That is not quite what Polarik meant. What he meant was that when you request a birth certificate ONLINE, they only issue the computer generated copy. I refer you to two post that explain the matter. Two are by Polarik himself: Posts #9, 14, 16

It’s a lie about Hawaii not issuing Certifications of Live Birth and only issuing electronic copies. Once again, Obama’s team lies outright with MSM complicity to obfuscate the truth. It’s not different from his lie about the USA being the largest muslim nation. They depend on outright lies in the MSM to make the lie a reality to the masses. The Department of Hawaii Homeland has required and still requires the full length birth certificate. They will not even accept the short form with a seal (in other words, a paper copy not to mention an easy to forge electronic form!) unless it is accompanied by additional documents pertaining to hospital of birth and other details. The State of Hawaii in an email to a patriot confirmed that a COLB requires an embossed seal. Good luck putting an embossed seal on an electronic copy. It’s simply ridiculous to pull that one on citizens. Since when are official documents of high security to US since 9/11 been dumbed down to electronic copies? You’d be hard pressed to see an official driver’s license, passport, and other such documents being released based on an emailed electronic copy. Please be realistic. Obama supporters may be dumb and willing to accept such ridiculous lies, but not American Patriots.

Mik,
Polarik does not agree with Hawaii. What he was referring to in that statement was if you request a copy from Hawaii, all they are going to give you is the COLB.
They DO issue copies of actual birth certificates. It is only when request a copy ONLINE or you don’t request a the Certificate of Live Birth specifically, you get the computer generated COLB issued. Hawaii officials were telling half-truths when they said all they
issue ids the computer generated version. That is not true:
From the Department of Hawaiian Homelands Site:
When requesting a certified copy of your birth certificate from the Records Section of DOH, let the clerk know you are requesting it “ForDHHL Purposes,” and that you need a copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth and not the computer-generated Certification. If mailing in your request form, please fill in “For DHHL Purposes” in the “Reason forRequesting a Certified Copy” section. (See example on page 6.)
If yopu go to my link on my previous post , you will see Polarik agrees 100% with this
