In my opinion, one of the most wonderful aspects of this very long and still yet, unfinished investigation of the “usurper president”, is the fact that Orly Taitz, a Russian Immigrant, naturalized U.S. Citizen, learned and courageous Attorney and beloved friend of the Constitution toils daily to ensure that Obama will be evicted from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and reassigned to Leavenworth or the Naval Military Prison at Portsmouth, NH in a private room without any of the presidential amenities he has become accustomed to.

As a proud “new” American, Ms Taitz has criss-crossed this nation, mostly at her own expense, armed with the “rules of law”, sacred documents that set the standards for this Republic and for every person who finds this sanctuary of opportunity to be….in the eyes of Ronald Reagan, that “shining city upon the hill….”  Orly has given, by her great strength and convictions, a new meaning to what our founders so aptly described as a hero and patriot.

In the last several years, Orly has slipped from one court to another and from one Town hall meeting to another to represent the Constitution and We The People in a manner that would make John Jay and George Washington stand up and take notice.  Her almost fanatical pursuit of truth on this issue, that is, the Obama birth certificate, his social security number and the misrepresentations of country of birth and the several other documents that “we” rely upon to safeguard our own identity, has tested her resolve and our patience.  Yet, as frustrating as this journey has been for her and as such, for us….there is ever present, her undying commitment to lift the veil of deception and subterfuge from this thinly disguised and deceptive profile of a usurper president whose claims of citizenship and loyalty to this nation are absurd and reprehensible.

Like so many others who have sought to bring some resolution to this constitutional crisis, an event larger than Watergate and one that is no less important than the revolutionary acts carried out in the hallowed halls of Philadelphia, Orly Taitz has gone well beyond the boundaries that her opposition has set and she has persisted in keeping this issue alive in the public square, against all odds and the barricades and detours set for her by those who would trash her in the press and in the courtroom.  Against all obstacles of deterrence, she continues to moves forward to bring the truth to the forefront and to put this matter to rest on behalf of the nation and its citizens.

As a resident of Arizona for some 20 years, I am keenly aware of the “investigation” started by the Maricopa County Sheriff in August of 2011.  Likewise, I am aware of and viewed the 1st press conference on March 1st, the 2nd press conference on March 27th and the 3rd community meeting on March 31st.  Having followed the legal work of Orly Taitz, Phil Berg and Leo Dinofrio over the past several years, I can honestly state that the findings of the “Posse” were no different than that which was already in the news.  Yet, it was “billed” as though it were the announcement of the year and the findings of this decade.  Nothing could be further from the truth, as anyone who followed this matter from the beginning knows full well that this forensic evidence was presented in several hearings by Orly Taitz, the last one being in Georgia and the next one scheduled for mid-April in jackson, Mississippi.

The real question to the claims being made in Maricopa County is:  If the evidence shows that the documents proffered by the Obama White House are “probable” forgeries and that they are the work of a forger and that there is a person of interest in its sights, then why doesn’t the Sheriff of Maricopa County, with the County Attorney move forward with a full blown criminal investigation in order to track down those responsible for authorizing and manufacturing this hoax upon the American people.  Surely, if the evidence is there, as the “Posse” and the Sheriff represent, then the need to act with a sense of urgency is required.  And, to this extent, I call upon every concerned American to URGE  the Sheriff and the County Attorney of Maricopa County to appoint a “regular” Law Enforcement Chief Investigator to finalize the facts, prepare them for a Grand Jury and have their findings submitted for consideration by a Court of competent jurisdiction.  The time to act, if the findings and the facts are with merit as is claimed….is now; not after the election when the seeds of tyranny may very well reach fruition and the opportunity to preserve, protect and defend our Constitution has slipped from our grip like sand through our fingers.  The time to end the repetition of the press conferences and the regurgitation of their findings is long past.  The time to cage the monster is now.

And, although there are others working in their own way to achieve an honorable end to this matter, Orly Taitz continues her journey in the Hearing rooms and in the Courtrooms of America.  Her dedication to the law, as an Officer of the Court and as an American citizen, is a rare example of pure persistence in the face of a galvanized opposition from both the left and the right.  And, like Joan of Arc, Orly continues to raise the sword of victory – even in the face of the dragon.  We should all be proud to ride by her side in this quest to save our beloved nation.

    I can’t believe there are no comments to this letter, it was stunning! I agree totally with every word he said. I also just finished watching the March 31st Arpio gathering at the church and heard alot of applause but nothing I did not already learn a year ago from Orly. Susan Daniels sent me copies of the selective service forgeries (Zullo didn’t even mention the postal service stamped it before it was signed by Obama) over a year ago. What is new here? These folks are acting like they have made the discoveries of a lifetime, like this is some breaking news. It’s old news, they haven’t come up with anything new at all! Why are all these people applauding? What are they doing with the information other than going out garnering more applause and accolades for work that has been done by others. Why not persue the social security identity theft? Why is that not important to them? They can demand if they wanted info from Social Security federal officer Michael Astrue who Orly sued last year. Why are they picking and choosing which felonies and forgeries to go after? Like Orly has said and pleaded time and time again, they NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THEIR INFORMATION BESIDES JUST HAVING PRESS CONFERENCES AND CHURCH GATHERINGS! TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! It’s not like this stuff has not been investigated before. They need to get his DNA and match it up with Malcom X kin, That should be really easy to do. Any maid in the white house can get a spoon or fork or hair sample or even one of his cigarette butts and they can match it up with one of Malcom’s daughters and rule out the man from kenya as being his father rather quickly. Mike allluded to the photo shopped pictures of Obama as a child, why didn’t he show them to the crowd, the one where is mother is holding him near a fence I believe is the one he was referring to where Obama has the giant head. Anyway, my point being, what is taking so long because everything they have been investigating has already been proven to be fake by Orly years ago! Stop the applause, and go after this fraud, NOW!

    GOD BLESS ORLY TAITZ- she is fighting the IMPOSSIBLE FIGHT while the rest of America sit aroung like cowardly wimps and do not open our mouths against the terrible OBAMA HOAX- She has the tenatious persistance of a bulldog- when a bulldog bites you it doesnt let go- Give it to em Orly- GO with God-

    Hi, Kelley,

    I just read Mr. Bruning’s letter this morning, 5 mins. ago, or I would have been on board earlier, to cheer for him and for his eloquent commentary. He has beautifully portrayed this miscarriage of justice and the unrelenting courage of Dr. Taitz; it needs to be read by millions of us, including the Obama supporters. Maybe they would see how duped they have been; however, that is wishful thinking.

    I, too, ponder what is the problem with the “Posse” and its dereliction of duty to go ahead with their duplicated research, all of which had been painstakingly accomplished by Dr. Taitz and her associates, months and months ago.

    It is difficult to wrap our minds around the procrastination and reasoning behind it.

    No normal patriot would continue with endless press conferences, rehashing the evidence, protesting the media blackout, while they do not act upon the evidence in a timely manner.

    I know human nature can be self-centered and downright cowardly, but this farce from the “Posse” really is an enigma.

    If their lives are really being threatened, they need to get over it. This isn’t the Wizard of Oz, with a cowardly lion. This is reality.

    Michael hit it right on the head. Arpaio and Zullo know they have no “findings” or “facts”. They have a bunch of hearsay and silly pseudo-science downloaded from the internet. Those two won’t get within a hundred miles of Jackson, MS because here’s how it would go:
    Tepper: “Mr Zullo, what’s the basis of your assertion the LFBC is a forgery?”
    Zullo: “Jerome Corsi told me it is.”
    Tepper: “That’s hearsay. Did you ever contact the Dept of Health in Hawaii and ask if they copied, certified and gave Obama’s attorney 2 copies of the original 1961 birth certificate from their files?
    Zullo: “No”
    Tepper: “Did you ever ask Hawaii to attest to the chain of custody of the document from vault to copier to certification to Ms Corley?”
    Zullo: “No.”
    Tepper: “No other questions, your Honor. Calling Sheriff Arpaio. Sheriff, tell us what personal knowledge you have that proves the pdf of the scan of a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate is a forgery.”
    Arpaio: “Personal knowledge? I just read the statements Jerome Corsi writes for me at the press conferences.”
    Tepper: “No more questions, your Honor.”
    Judge: “Case dismissed.”
    Orly knows it too, that’s why she’s given up on them.
