PS. this is just a small part of the interview, they will be running another one today or tomorrow. The reporter was wrong in his assemptions, that the state courts have no jurisdiction over Obama, They certainlydo. The reporter is not an attorney, he seems to be clueless about the law or he  is pushing pro-Obama spin. Obama is a candidate, he wants to be on  the ballot, he availed himself to the jurisdiction of this court
