Honorable David O. Carter
U.S. District Court

In RE: Eligibility of Obama
Dear Judge Carter,
We are in the midst of a Constitutional crisis that threatens our National Security and the lives, freedoms, and protections of our citizenry. Since before the 2008 election, the voices of millions of Americans have not been heard. It is my grave concern that we are, in many ways, currently in mirror image, in principle, to those in Iran who want true freedom and justice re their election rights.
No Congressional Hearings were held to determine eligibility for office re Barack Obama, as they were for John McCain. Why? This arrogant man, who spits on our Constitution, promotes lawlessness, and is dismantling our country, pays millions to lawyers to keep his vital records sealed. Why?
In pursuit of truth and justice, we must contend and support our Constitution, as is the sworn duty of all who hold office in this land.
I pray you will use your wisdom, excellent judgment, and the power vested in you by the Constitution to press on for truth, justice and the recovery of our Nation from the brink of disaster by those who wrongfully usurp power in order to “rule” rather than serve.
Our nation, the Last, Best Hope for Mankind, was conceived in liberty, but now is headed for tyranny under the corrupt dictation of those who would bring us into subjugation through the above-captioned subterfuge.
It is a FACT of Obama’s own writings and testimony in an AZ courtroom that he is in violation of our Constitution’s mandate in Art. 2 , Sect. 1: ONLY a Natural Born Citizen may hold the office of President. A candidate must be the child of two US citizens; his father was a Kenyan national and never a US citizen by his own admission. The fact of his birthplace in Kenya was attested to by his paternal grandmother, as well as the Kenyan government.
But, now, the deceit and cover-up to muddy the waters and hide truth and transparency under cover of darkness.
I BEG you, in wisdom and courage, to uphold our Constitution, cornerstone of our Rule of Law, and bring truth and justice to light and life in this matter so vital to our country’s continued existence as a free nation. Please don’t allow our promise and legacy come to ruin in face of lies, deceit and intent to harm.
I never thought I’d live to see a day like this in America.
“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” Edmund Burke’s renowned principle of law. Ignoring evil can only lead to the consequence of increasing and perpetuating evil, which cannot be ignored.
I thank you for your consideration re this matter.
Respectfully,
Fran Austin, Grandmother

Wow, Fran what a beautifully constructed letter! You mirrored all our sentiments and concerns. I, too, am a grandmother who fears for their future, but I am very hopeful and optimistic that we can and will return our country to the country of our forefathers dreams. I, too, pray that Judge Carter will stand strong against those Obama thugs.
God Bless Dr. Orly, Our Lady Liberty, and patriots like yourself, Fran.

The Marines: the few, the proud: a Marine would NEVER let his country and fellow Americans down. I pray Judge Carter will step up and be the hero that a Marine was and is trained to be. Marines are truly a breed apart. The live and die by their honor. Do not let us down Judge Carter, America is counting on your bravery, courage, integrity, and honor. You will be America’s hero and we salute you!

Actually one overlooked thing is that when they had the hearings for John McCAmnesty’s NBC they trying to also INJECT Obanana’s name in there but each tine it was rejected and I believe in the final workding they inserted that Obanana was born in Hawaii and was a citizen or something like that.
By his own admission Obanana was born a British subject, than became a Kenyan with his daddy. When his Keneyan citizenship was not renewed at age 21 his CITIZENSHIP REVERTED BACK TO BRITISH. That is the LAW. He wnet from British to Kenyan it Reverts back to British when expired NOT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY that he was not a citzien of.
He is BRITISH.

Portugese,
Soetoro didn’t revert back to being a British citizen at 21. ALL Kenyan under British rule were give Kenyan citizenship in 1963 or 1964. Kenyans lost their British citizenship across the board when Britain left Kenya and the Kenyan government was formed. So, Soetoro didn’t and couldn’t have returned to be a British citizen. He was born a Brit, but lost his British citizenship when he was 2.
But, he became an Indonesian citizen when he was 6.
