A great victory for the patriot Commander Fitzpatrick, fighting to prosecute Barack Hussein Obama and his accomplices in ObamafraudGate

A great  patriot, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick filed a criminal complaint against Barack Hussein Obama for fraud and treason in light of the fact that Obama got into position of the President and Commander in Chief without a valid long form birth certificate and without a valid Social Security number of his own.Corrupt US attorneys office and DA refused to prosecute Obama. Fitzpatrick brought  his complaint to the grand jury and demanded his criminal complaint to be heard by the grand jury. Gary  Pettway, foreman of the criminal grand jury in Monroe county TN refused to llow Fitzpatrick to talk to the grand jury. Fitzpatrick found  out that  Pettway illegally served as a grand jury foreman for over 20 years, even though by law one is allowed to serve only 2 years. When Fitzpatrick complained to the court, he was ignored. Fitzpatrick came to the court and simply told Pettway “You are under citizens arrest for violating the law” Fitzpatrick was not violent, he simply told Pettway, that he was under citizens arrest and it was recorded on camera. In retaliation Fitzpatrick was arrested and kept in jail for a couple of months. Fitzpatrick stood tall. Finally Fitzpatrick was released. Pettway was thrown out from his position of the foreman of the grand jury. Fitzpatrick is expected to bring his criminal complaint against Barack Hussein Obama to the new grand jury.

Please, follow Fitzpatrick’s advise and go to the grand juries of every locality and demand criminal indictment and prosecution of Obama. When we have massive corruption in the government, Congress and puppet main stream media, we need to go to the grand juries.

I remember recently a local district attorney refused to indict mayor of San Diego Susan Goldin of public corruption. People went to the grand jury. Luckily we had a grand jury with some conscience and some guts and some other parts, and they indicted Goldin, even thought DA refused to do it. She was forced to resign. Please, forward to me your video clips (preferably mounted on you-tube, showing you presenting to the members of your criminal grand juries your criminal complaints against Barack Hussein Obama for fraud and treason. I will post them  here and will forward to some 30,000 outlets of media around the world. Uneducated peasants all over the Middle East are rising against their dictators. It is time for Americans to rise and demand justice and rule of law and criminal prosecution of Barack Obama, who is usurping the position of the President and Commander in Chief, while using a stolen Connecticut social Security number 042-68-4425 and while not possessing a valid original long form U.S. birth certificate or a certified copy thereof. This is the most serious crime committed in the history of the United States and possibly the history of the World. It needs to be stopped now and everybody involved needs to be prosecuted to the full extend of the law.

Gary Pettway replaced as grand jury foreman

After turmoil over how long a grand jury foreperson seat can be held in Tennessee, Judge Amy Reedy quietly replaced the longtime Monroe County Grand Jury foreperson in January.

Gary Pettway had held the position for more than two decades and this tenure came under fire recently when Sweetwater resident Walt Fitzpatrick, who has been trying to indict President Barack Obama on various charges, declared Pettway was serving illegally.

    If concerned about embedded redirects type in “Walter Fitzpatrick” on Youtube. A David and Goliath clip, this should be in every high school education instead of the terroristic teacher idiots in Wisconsin.
