Request for information regarding unaccounted ballots, ranging between 1 million to 1.4 million  and voters denied right to vote

Dear Ms. Bowen,

The state of CA is  home to 40 million people. 17 million are registered voters, some others vote for the first time with provisionary ballots. In 2010 I ran for Secretary of State of California and got 537,000 votes out of 2 million Republican and a total of over 5 million total votes cast  in California primary.  So far only 3.6 million ballots were counted. Counting of ballots stopped yesterday and it was announced that Ms. Feinstein and Ms. Emken proceeded to the general election. If we were to judge by the primary of 2010, there are still 1.5 million ballots that were not counted yet. Ms. Emken got only 450,000 votes. There are still three times that amount in ballots that were not accounted yet. Why was it announced that Ms. Emken is in top 2, when there are still outstanding three times the number of ballots that she received, that haven’t been counted yet? Why did the office of the Secretary of State stop counting votes?

Additionally I am gravely concerned with the following irregularity. I’m forwarding to you the results of 4 polls done by Pulse Public Opinion Research, which used the most respectable and the most reliable Rasmussen method and which used Rasmussen analytic group to calculate and analyze the polls. The first poll was commissioned by another candidate, Dan Hughes, and was forwarded to the Republican party board of directors by candidate Al Ramirez on March 9th ,the first day of the campaign. It showed me being second to Ms. Feinstein with 9% of the vote and Ms. Emken dead last with only 1% of the overall vote. In spite of that due to inside dealing corrupt CA GOP Board endorsed the dead last candidate Emken and promoted her for 3 months until the election. I followed up the development with 3 other polls. The polls were taken on Apil 5th , May 9th and right before the election on June the 3rd. While due to the manipulations of the corrupt CA GOP board Ms. Emken went up in polls, she always stayed behind me and one day before the election her highest polling numbers were at 9%. My polling numbers went up from 9% on March 7 to 11%  and were at 11% just a day before the election on June 3rd. You reported on June 5th my polling numbers at 3.1%. It is statistically impossible for the numbers to drop 8% in one day, when they stayed steady and actually went up for  3 months. I suspect that there is an irregularity and request the following information:

1. Why did the office of the Secretary of State stop counting the votes, when there are still some 1.5 million unaccounted ballots?

2.When will you count those ballots?

3. When can I check the corresponding machine tape?

4. When can I examine the software of the voting machines used?

4. When can I check the eligibility of voters, whose votes were counted for Ms. Emken, Mr. Hughes and Mr. Williams

Additionally, I am forwarding to you a sworn affidavit of Mr. Lance Aguilar. He is stating that he and his wife wanted to vote for me, but were prevented by the poll workers stating that as independent voters they cannot vote for the Republican candidate, even though according to the new rules they were allowed to vote for me as a Republican running for senate.

Please, advise, what will you do in regards to voters who were disenfranchised and were told that they cannot vote for party candidates, as it happened in this case.

    Seems to me that in 2010 the SOS website had a page indicating the number of unprocessed ballots, I believe, per county. This year, the SOS website has a four paragraph statement. The last paragraph says to contact the county elections office.

    Your contention that there are millions of unaccounted votes seems to be based on the assumption that the same number of people voted this year as in 2010. The 2010 election was for Secretary of State of California. 2012 is a Senate PRIMARY vote. How can you assume the same number of voters would turnout for different types of elections in different years?

    Although I am not sure it made a difference in this case, I agree that electronic voting should never be used. There is no clear accountability and it just allows allegations to be made that really can’t be negatived.
