Clarification about other attorneys

I was asked for clarification about cases of 3 other attorneys: Apuzzo, Kreep and Berg and explain, why did I state, that I am the only attorney with an active case and the only one who can add a plaintiff to the case.

The other attorneys don’t have any cases in any trial courts, meaning courts where you actually do discovery, bring forward evidence, bring witnesses. All of these cases were dismissed. Mario Apuzzo (whom I respect greatly) and Gary Kreep have cases in the Appeals courts, however you  can’t add plaintiffs in the court of Appeals. All you can do, is state that the trial court erred in its decision. Typically appeals courts confirm the decision of the trial court- I would say in 90% of the cases or more, as they don’t want to undermine the lower court judges and don’t want to invite an avalanche of appeals. Appeals courts take a year or two or more and in vast majority of cases they deny the appeal.

In regards to Berg, I don’t know of any cases still handled by him. He had a case Berg v Obama, which already was dismissed by all the courts: District, Appeals and Supreme, he can’t go anywhere with this one.

He was an attorney handling an appeal in the second case Hollister v Soetoro, however his client Retired Colonel Hollister has fired Berg, and he does not have any other cases to the best of my knowledge. If he says that he has a case going, ask him what is the case number and in what court it is filed, and I can look it up on Pacer.

    You have on case at the trial court level, and Judge Lamberth already told me he is going to send you lying ass packing.

    Get ready for more sanctions, biotch, because we paid him extra.

    Other than Dr. Keyes, nobody has more standing in legal action against the Imposter in Chief.

    Too bad you don’t have the wherewithal to understand what is really happening here,as Orly and the rest of us do.
    Just remember that we tried to tell all of you but you wouldn’t listen and we will feel no sympathy for you,or the other lying ‘Libtards’ that caused this problem in the first place,when the SHTF and you are covered in the same crap as everyone else
