          Plaintiff Orly Taitz, the plaintiff in Taitz v. Obama et al. in the District Court for the District of Columbia respectfully moves this panel pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1407 to transfer Florida et al. v. United States Department of Health and Human Services et al., in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Pensacola Division to the District Court for the District Columbia for coordinated or consolidated pretrial hearings on grounds as set forth in the following brief.
