Republican women model for education

LAGUNA NIGUEL – Local Republican women, including attorney and state senate candidate Orly Taitz, who is perhaps best known for legal efforts to prove that President Barack Obama’s birth certificate is fake, along with Orange County Supervisor Pat Bates, modeled spring fashions to raise money for scholarships.

Laguna Niguel Republican Women Federated organized the luncheon fashion show, which took place Friday at the El Niguel Country Club. Attendees also had a chance to shop as they raised money for the Pat Bates Scholarship Fund.
