Ellie

From what I understand, Obama’s thugs intend to have you put into a straight jacket and hauled to a mental institution to be held until they deem you to be sane. Carter isn’t going to do anything because he’s part of the grand scheme. I’m afraid you’ve gone too far. You’ve opened too many doors. The time is near and you’re going to become a martyr for the cause.

Answer

I hope judge Carter has some conscience and they will not make a martyr out of me. My 3 children and my husband will not  appreciate that idea. All I can do, is wait and see. I wonder if judge Carter’s decision will come out after Obama’s speech at Westpoint. I wonder if someone holds a posibility of Carter granting my motion over Obama’s head to make sure he makes the right decision on troop deployment.

Obama is truly a disgrace to America , if he is not Legally removed and prosecuted for ” treason ” which he is truly guilty of then ” America ” will no longer be America , because the Constitution will no longer be valid !
    ———————————————-
    See this letter
    ———————————————-
He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.

    Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don’t believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos’n Mate. Now I live in a “rest home” located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

    So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can’t figure out what country you are the president of.

You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:

    ” We’re no longer a Christian nation”

” America is arrogant” – (Your wife even

announced to the world,”America is mean-

spirited. ” Please tell her to try preaching

that nonsense to 23 generations of our

war dead buried all over the globe who

died for no other reason than to free a

whole lot of strangers from tyranny and

    hopelessness.)

I’d say shame on the both of you, but I don’t think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said,” America hasn’t lived up to her ideals.”

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn’t mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don’t think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don’t, I’ll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don’t want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don’t mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don’t want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you’re the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you’re not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you’re thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.

You’re not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That’s not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.

And I sure as hell don’t want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

    Sincerely,

    Harold B. Estes

When a 95 year old hero of the “the Greatest Generation”

stands up and speaks out like this, I think we owe it

to him to send his words to as many Americans as

    we can.

Don’t let these people distract you from your plight, Orly. You are doing a great job and there are thousands of innocent people that are backing you in exposing this usurper for what he truly is. I just pray to God that you can get this done quickly.

God bless you, your family and may He guide your path.

I don’t get it. There is something fishy here. If Orly is even half as busy as she claims with a dental practice, a law practice, a husband, children, and a house to keep up, why on earth is she spending Sunday afternoons on this blog site?? Something does NOT add up.

I am aghast that anyone would suggest
that an attorney, who is legally
    presenting a case, with supportive
    documents and witnesses, would be
    seized by ‘Obama’s thugs’ and
    put into a strait jacket.

What nonsense. This IS still a
    free America, despite the contrary
    leanings of the government officials.
    (and the impostor, Obama).

Not the least is the fact that this
clown does not want his illegal
activity made any more public than
it is already.. nor does he want
his past revealed.. any of it..
any more than has been already.

He foolishly believes he is omnipotent.

I and millions of others long for the
day that he is dragged kicking and
    screaming into a courthouse, and
tried by a just jury of OUR peers,

then sent packing to Kenya, where
he can fight for his food and water.

This person is demonic and is the
    greatest travesty ever spawned
    within our wonderful America.

The people are gathering; the word
    is spreading; the unbelievers are
    beginning to believe. The straw
that broke the ‘camel’s back’ was
the Health Reform Bill.. it hit
    where it hurts.. the financial
aspect of lives on all levels.

    After this outrageous foisting
on the people, they FINALLY began
to think about all his other
failings and his agendas for the
    future.

He is a miserable hypocrite and
liar, not to mention a narcisstic
    sociopath.

He is going to have his comeuppance.
And that will be with or without
    Dr. Taitz’s legal means.

WE the People are coming for him.

Are we sure that Judge Carter is even getting the information that you recently sent on the court case and ‘certain parts’ aren’t being omitted by the new clerk (Velamoor) who would be incriminated should this court case go forward? I mean, does the clerk have the opportunity to ‘doctor’ the wording or anything in the case? It would be illegal to do so, I know, but since when does this administration or its thugs worry about doing anything unconstitutional or illegal? I am illiterate when it comes to court cases, so it’s just a question that occurred to me.

There is really nothing that a clerk can do to alter a judgement. The Judge signs his name to all orders.

    Don’t worry about a clerk.

You should be thinking in terms of who is behind ALL of this.

Obama was paid for by George Schwartz aka George Soros.

    Anita Dunnce,

    Is that your real name?
    lol

    It just seems rather
    apropos, from the
    tone of your surprising
    question.

    Dr. Taitz may
    spend borrowed time on this
    blog.. that doesn’t mean she
    is into subterfuge of some
    sort, as you are hinting.

    You don’t know her schedule
    nor her organizational skills.

    Please stop nit-picking a
woman who is willing to give
her all for someone like you
    and me.

    Sheeeesh.

“…I and millions of others long for the
day that he is…tried by a just jury of OUR peers, then sent packing to Kenya, where he can fight for his food and water…” ============The penalty for treason is DEATH. I want to see him EXECUTED.

“…There is really nothing that a clerk can do to alter a judgement. The Judge signs his name to all orders. Don’t worry about a clerk…” ============Disagree. We’re not talking about a judgment that’s been reviewed and signed by a judge. We’re talking about the initial steps of submitting docs to a court, which are accepted by law clerks. It was a law clerk that trashed court documents and erased a court hearing date from a judge’s docket. Since law clerks can act as gatekeepers, they can intercept / sabotage all kinds of things that judges are never aware of.
