A solution for higher gas prices

@realDonaldTrump @elonmusk @jdvance @StephenM @OrlyTaitz @SecScottBessent @SecCWrightRQ President Trump should consider Gasoline- assistance rebates or prepaid cards for low-income Americans for the next 3 months. This time a year ago gasoline was $3.15, now it is $4.00, an increase of $0.85 per gallon. So, for the average tank of 15 gallons, it is $17. If a person fills gas once a week, it is $70 per month. There should be a treasury rebate program, where people can provide receipts and get an assistance check or they can have refillable cards, similar to EBT cards. It will help low-income Americans and will help President Trump and the GOP win the midterms. Also, DOJ should start an anti-Trust, Sherman act and price gouging investigation of oil and gas companies and refiners, similar to the investigation of meat-packing plants, when they were gouging prices. Crude oil went up only about 15%, while gasoline prices went up about 30%, which is a sign of price hiking and gouging. At 15% increase, which it should be, the gasoline price would be around $3.50, not $4.00 per gallon. Mr. President, please, take those measures, which will be a relief for Americans at the pump, and which will help GOP to hold both the House and the senate at midterms.
