    SCOTUS Appears Sympathetic to State Laws Banning Trans-Identifying Males from Female Sports Teams

    There shouldn’t be anything sympathetic about! It’s just pure common freaking sense. Since the creation of life, a man has been a man and a woman has been a woman. XY and XX. How about precedent for that one? How about Historical Tradition? There is no room for feelings when interpreting the Constitution!
