Sent to Trump regarding request for preemptive pardon to DHS Secretary Noem

Posted on | November 29, 2025 | 3 Comments

@realDonaldTrump @JDVance @Sec_Noem @KristiNoem @AGPamBondi @elonmusk Mr. president, Biden gave multiple preemptive pardons. I hope you will give a preemptive pardon to DHS secretary Noem and other DHS officials, as Washington DC USDC Judge Boasberg is seeking to hold them in criminal contempt of his order to return the planes with criminal illegal aliens which were on their way to El Salvador. Kristi Noem is doing an amazing job. Nearly 3 million illegals left the country since you took office: 600,000 deported and the rest left voluntarily in order to avoid deportation. We need her doing her job, not mired in this criminal contempt investigation by Boasberg

He will cute her for civil contempt, which can’t be pardoned. And if she deliberately disobeyed a court order, she deserves to be cited.

It was reported -criminal contempt, he can pardon for that and DOJ will pay any fines if it is a civil contempt

All precedents that a Democratic President will use, as s/he will have the same Article 2 powers that Trump claims
