    The two situations are completely different. She disclosed privileged information. She should be disbarred as well as arrested. And even if Biden did break the law, as a sitting President he cannot be indicted.

    She followed the law by forwarding evidence of crimes to the law enforcement. She cannot be disbarred for that, and the criminal charges are outrageous

    She signed a court confidentiality agreement not to disclose the material outside the proceedings. She deliberately breached the order. If she was a Democrat and disclosed discovery materials you would insist she was jailed.

    If by now the people don’t understand that the demorats want to destroy the constitution and our way of life we really might be heading for a second civil war. Keep them dumb and stupid and you will be able to control them. They arrest someone who was doing what she was supposed to be doing, but, we have Ilhan Omar who married her brother and violated immigration laws which automatically disqualify her from U.S. citizenship serving in congress. Where is the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security? Where are those like Matt Adams who now wants to silence those who disagree with them demanding Ilhan to be sent to jail?

    firstly, she still could report the crime to the law enforcement. Secondly, disclosure of info from the non-disclosure agreement to law enforcement, is not a crime.
