    Unless it’s intentional and there are no other contributing factors, there is no discrimination. The difference is a few hundred dollars on a $100k salary. Difficult to see how there’s litigation here.

    Tom Morrison, it doesn’t matter! When you use race as a factor for paying your employees, it’s called racism and discrimination, it doesn’t matter how you look at it! The woke in their feeble minds want inclusion in their own terms and that automatically makes it non-inclusive!

    Except that you are both wrong. Microsoft said they did NOT use race as a factor but an analysis of salaries showed that some self-identifying groups received fractionally different salaries. Unless you can prove intention, which you can’t, it is what it is
