I will respond for Lonnie,
First and for most the people, who have the best standing to sue Holder and the DOJ, are the ones who lost their family members and who were wounded in the shootouts with the drug lords using thousands of Holder assault weapons.
Whistleblowers from the ATf, who were silenced, persecuted, demoted, fired for speaking out have a great standing as well under the whistleblower federal statutes.
But let’s go to the state of AZ itself. How about AZ suffering enormous financial damage caused by criminals armed with Holder weapons, roaming the state, looting, kidnapping, smuggling drugs, you name it
Do you even imagine the magnitude of damage?
Holders actions were reckless at best, or it was an intentional assault by Obama regime on a rebellions state, whereby Mexican mob and god knows who else, was used.
I sat on a presentation by a CA assemblyman talking about kidnappings in the border towns, as atrmed smugglers do not want to make a trip back to Mexico empty-handed, they kidnap people for ransom.
Just as scoundrels in our Injustice Department of Justice joined the Mexican government in suing the state of AZ, I hope that the law abiding citizens of Mexico, who lost their loved ones and who lost their property due to thousands of Holder weapons given to Mexican drug cartels, would join us in a civil action for violation of our civil rights by our own Justice Department and by Holder.
Additionally I forwarded to Holder a quo warranto, alerting him to the fact that we have a criminal with forged BC, forged selective service certificate and a stolen Social Security number. He got all the information twice by certified mail and refused to respond. He intentionally subjected 311 million Americans to the usurpation of the US Presidency. He is complicit in aiding and abetting forgery, uttering of forged documents, elections fraud, Social Security fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud and quite possibly treason. Do you know what is the punishment for treason? Life in prison or death penalty.
Is this explanation would be sufficient for you?

UR Right on target, with this. Kudos to you, for all that you do, and risk, on behalf of your fellow freedomloving Americans. Thanks to the Obots, we Arizonans have lived under fear of invasion by people not just from South of Our Border, originally, but a growing number from Radically-Muslim Extremist Countries known to support “Jihadist” Terror Attacks against America, further emboldened by the traitorous actions of Obama & Co. not only giving them guns, but grenades too, while setting them loose, quite literally on our streets to run rampant as they see fit. Holder is the highest justice official in the country who has lied under oath many
times and been in contempt of court for stonewalling and refusing to cooperate
with the senate committee- Stimulus money was used to give guns to the Zeta
Mexican Drug cartel- YET NO ONE will go to jail for these crimes because the news-media refuse to report anything about Obama’s entire past criminal history and covers up his crimes- such as his FORGED birth certificate & multiple SSN’s used in real estate scams- The American NEWS-MEDIA BLACKOUT on Obama’s past criminal history is UNFORGIVABLE-

I am absolutely in awe of Mr. Tom Collins’
statements and wonder if there is any way
he could assist legally in obtaining
a judgment in court; is he an attorney,
a judge, a law enforcement officer?
Not being legally educated, I have no
clue as to what someone with his
knowledge, articulation, and courage
could accomplish to right all these
wrongs.
Mr.Collins, you make it sound so simple
to solve the crimes against our country,
and I should think all of your skills
and acumen, would make a huge dent
in a court, corrupt or not corrupt.
You have laid it all out so anyone can
understand what is wrong and what must
be done to solve these acts of treason.
With you working with Dr. Taitz, I
think that humpty dumpty (and all
the king’s men) would soon
come tumbling down.
Maybe I am naive and don’t grasp
legal proceedings, but it surely
sounds like Mr. Collins would not
tolerate any subversive actions
from any court in the land.

Great comment Tom Collins. I don’t possess any legal skills but I came to the same conclusion sometime back that it is time to get serious and start talking about reality which is that the Afro/American/Muslim team of Obama/Holder are traitors committing treason and are beyond redemption and those in government positions of investigative authority who refuse to investigate the forgery of Obama’s eligibility papers (images) are committing misprision of treason.
I do not know FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III, nor anyone else in the FBI, but I can’t help but believe, rather hope, this man, who has complete authority and responsibility to investigate this forgery can be encouraged to see his continued silence and refusal for what it is, misprision of treason, if not treason itself.
In that regard I sent Director Mueller a registered letter, which was received by his office on the 7th of May 2012, in which I made this charge of misprision of treason and pleaded with him to redeem his integrity by carrying out his oath of office to defend the US Constitution. This man is bringing his cowardice and treasonous disgrace to the entire membership of the once revered FBI and old J. Edgar Hoover must be turning over in his grave at this treasonous leadership of the organization he created that had become revered by the public as untouchable by corruption.

(I think you are a retired general?)
I downloaded your letter and the
subsequent documents ~~beyond outstanding.
I agreed with Cynthia’s comment
on that page.
You have reached into the heart of
the matter and if this FBI director
has any conscience or common sense,
(versus a high I.Q. which does not
necessarily mean common sense), then
he will not only reply but begin
proceedings accordingly.
On the other hand, he has had 4 years to
become aware of these facts, and has
done nothing at all. If he had, we
would not be having this ‘conversation’
so to speak.
Perhaps an avalanche of similar
letters to Mueller would make him
become a law-abiding citizen.
Right now, he is as traitorous
as the rest of the outlaws in government.
Frustration.. frustration.. to feel
powerless as a lone individual, which
must be Dr. Taitz’s daily stepping-stone,
and to constantly be overpowered by
the bad guys. It makes one long for
the by-gone days when people stopped
talking about the varmints, and
instead took care of the problem
instantly, without delay.
You can envision that image.
Your letter said it all and then some.
I wonder if a personal appearance
at his office by a few dozen
like you, would be effective.
This may all come down to a revolt
by the American citizens.
Obama, by now, knows that
he is despised by millions
and millions of Americans.
Those who doggedly and mindlessly
support him are the enemy of America’s
ideals, her constitutionally moral values,
and should inquire into re-locating to
a country that is more to their
ideology; this country is now
and will always be, as long as God
deems it in His will, the land of the free
and the home of the brave

Elizabeth – Thanks for the kind words. There must be hundreds of individual FBI agents who see this misprision of treason being forced upon their once revered agency by Director Mueller and the disgrace it is bringing to each and every individual FBI member.
For your information I sent a copy of my letter to every FBI office in the entire nation that had a published email address to make sure the thoughts expressed therein were available to them. ( about 75% does have such addresses)

I know. I saw the FAX numbers and names.. good job.. what can I say? You are a spearhead and should be leading the citizens into a crusade
that will bring him down. Not alone, mind you, but with generals and colonels beside you.
All of us are chafing at the bit.
The delay is what is the most
irritating.
The stupidity and corruption
is beyond comprehension.
If it weren’t for Dr.Orly’s perseverance,
and tenacity, I think that legally
we would have a Waterloo facing us,
which would necessitate physical
intervention by millions and millions
of Americans who are fed up and
want this maniac imprisoned. It
feels like a third world country
where citizens have been run
over by a steamroller and have to
go to the next step to be heard.
None of us knows what will come
next in this fight but my intuition
tells me that Americans will not
lie down and play dead.
I have signed a petition that is
filled with over 34,000 names and
comments. The people are angry and
ready to rise up and make their
anger known.

Elizabeth – I visited the petition site and read some of the comments. I will be preparing a new fax cover and letter to Boehner which I will be sending to scribd. I will try to post the fax cover at this site with a link to the actual letter. Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately, I am just an average citizen just like all of the other frustrated folks like yourself. Somehow we must inspire someone in a leadership position to shed their cowardice and take the appropiate action, someone in a position like Director Mueller. We desperately need a Senator Orly Taitz in Congress.
