The Walt Disney Co. is escalating its war on Florida, filing a lawsuit against Gov. Ron DeSantis in which the company accuses him of waging a “targeted campaign of government retaliation.”

DeSantis will probably lose this because some of what he’s trying to do is unconstitutional. And Disney has the better lawyers. To pay his own they’re talking about tax increases. Plus, it’s sending a very anti-business message.

clearly this message is written by a Biden person. There is nothing unconstitutional in removing special benefits from a business. I believe Desantis will win
