The real groomers are these trailer trash parents in red states who pout their kids in toddlers and tiaras shows dressed hookers.

Women from liberal blue states enroll their daughters in the same pageants. Typically, the girls are dressed as princesses, not hooker, this is done to try to get acting and modeling jobs for the girls and it is not grooming.

If it sexualizes young girls then absolutely it’s grooming. More so than people simply living their lives in a way that doesn’t deny their own sexuality.
