GOP officials in Ariz., Penn. counties won’t certify results

Republican officials in two counties in the two states declined to certify their midterm election results, with some citing concerns about the integrity of the voting system.

    They do know that if those votes are not included then it helps Democrats?

    I believe they will seek a re-vote statewide
