Gateway Pundit and the Christian nationalists are on the wrong side of history here. A majority of Republicans are supportive of marriage equality, several major GOP donors (including Peter Thiel) are openly gay, and concerns on the future of same-sex marriage are entirely justified given what Clarence Thomas actually said – though interestingly he didn’t mention interracial marriage.

I believe you are wrong, I believe most Republicans are against the same sex marriage. I remember a few years back CA passed proposition 8 which said “marriage is a union between one man and one woman”, and CA is the most liberal state in the country. Even majority of the Dems voted against it. Only 2 states: I believe Main and Maryland actually voted to allow gay marriage
