    They will end up having to pay attorney fees for having brought a frivolous action

    Really Jimmy? You and yours don’t want to see the evidence. Every state that was challenged violated Federal and State Constitutions. At that time mail in ballots was illegal unless you were in the military or worked overseas for the government, drop in ballot boxes were illegal, counting ballots after the cut off time is illegal, yet, judges, instead of applying the law made laws as they went along and approved all these crimes! So much for the separation of powers you are always harping about! How is that frivolous?
