    According to the court filings, the department won’t change any of its practices because it lacks the resources to do so. And after the earlier SCOTUS ruling on “return to Mexico” it cannot compel a country to accept a deported immigarnt.

    Harry, Harry, Harry. Do you have any brain cells left or are you that corrupt? The same way you can’t compel a country to accept a deported immigrant, we can make the case you can’t make us accept any illegal aliens that your country has allowed to travel through to invade us. International law states that the first country an illegal alien enters must resolve their status. That means Guatemala in most of the cases must resolve their issues yet, Guatemala and Mexico choose to allow these people to travel through their country unchallenged. Harry, do you understand we have immigration laws, right!
