    Pissing in to the wind. Their declaration is pointless as they have no authority. And if the Trump doctrine is correct, then Al Gore could have declared himself President in 2000 by rejecting the Florida vote. And Biden in 2016 could have rejected enough narrow margin States to declare Hillary as President.
