    You can’t demand that men 18 years of age serve in the military if you are going to raise that threshold to own a rifle. If you are old enough to die for your country at 18 yrs of age, then you are old enough to own a firearm! Back when marksmanship was taught at schools you didn’t hear of schools shootings. When psychology started to make excuses for human behavior in the court rooms everything went to crap!
