    New trial at best. The judge had already dismissed her case, so while it’s unfortunate the jury knew, it didn’t affect the outcome. Palin cannot therefore win her case on appeal on that ground.

    She will appeal and will likely go all the way to SCOTUS, if need be. NY v Sullivan 1964 define malice as “with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not.” I believe that Palin will be able to prove reckless disregard of truth. I believe she is likely to prove it if she goes all the way to SCOTUS. If she wins, we will see a much more fair and honest media. Conservative and Constitutionalist politicians will not have to go through the nightmare both Palin, myself and many others went through
