    The First Amendment does not apply to businesses. So why is this even an issue?

    Then, the First Amendment should not be bound to his company. Let the FCC regulate his company to see how much he’s going to like it! If he doesn’t care about our rights and freedoms what the hell is he doing in this country. Let immigration declare him persona non grata, revoke his citizenship and ship his a** back to India.
