Current indictment appears to incriminate the CFO, however, so far I do not see any wrongdoing by the organization

Allegedly, current indictment of Trump organization and it’s CFO Allen Weisselberg are related to the perks that the CFO got, such as an apartment paid by the organization, and the CFO not reporting this on his tax returns. This appears that the only wrongdoing is by the CFO, who did not report the benefit on his tax return. I do not see any wrongdoing by the organization. It is cusomary for organizations to provide perks for the executives. Executives need to report those sizable perks, such as an apartment paid by the organization. If this is all there is, I believe that Trump organization will be found not guilty, but the CFO might have to pay
