    What is the paper ballots got to do with anything?

    Who cares?

    And why is it so strong to keep the paper ballots as opposed to counting the ballots by keeping track of the counting some other way, by hand and paper?

    Why would he want to stop that interference if he wants to do so?

    why is the stopping of the touching of the ballots be so strong?

    I would think he would want to find out what’s in the machines?
