    These people need to keep track of the ballots when they are through with them…

    They need to keep track of the whole damned mess so they don’t lose the number(s) of the mess the people who are going to do this to, so we can have some logical witness that the public can see how it was tampered with!

    Once we have that, we will have the complete and total amount of the entire ensample of the prove is all we need!
