According to Jamaican laws if your parents are Jamaican when you are born no matter where you are, You are a Jamaican Citizen. Wikipedia is great for that kind of information.

    Hey, Penny: you are finding the same thing that Pamula found after I couldn’t figure out how to copy the whole scene and so I just wrote the idea down and put it on the Orly’s Site!
