KBB The question is, wouldn’t this make Reinoehl A FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE? He didn’t show up to his court appearance in early July.

If not showing up in court made Reinoeh a fugitive from justice, then Barack H. Obama was also a fugitive from justice, since he nor anyone representing him failed multiple times to show up in court when he was being sued!
