    Actually this was a loss for Flynn and the DOJ. The court en banc overturned an earlier ruling by a three judge panel that granted a mandamus that would have forced Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case.

    Now the case returns to the lower court where Judge Sullivan ha asked the DOJ to explain why they want to dismiss the case when Flynn pleaded guilty twice.

    This is going to be a great day, when General Flynn gets his day in court and then, gets up and leaves, as well.

    He is now exonerated!
