Riot control

I’m writing this to you to pass on some information that may help in handling riots. It is known that people who are in crowds, like riots, have the ability to do much more unlawful acts (even kill) than they would if they weren’t hiding in the cover of the crowd or riot. If you have a way to single out the individuals to exposed them separately from the crowd they will not be as brave to do things unlawful as they would if they are hiding under the cover of the riot crowd.

South Korea has come up with a way to handle exposing these people. They are using a permanent dye that can be sprayed on the people rioting. This dye cannot be removed except by time. This gives the police the ability to locate these people at a later date.

My suggestion is the police use a dye that goes through the clothes to the skin, so no matter how they’re covered they will be marked for weeks to come. This dye could have some type of incandescent visibility. I would use different colors of dye for different riots, locations, and crowds. We also pass some laws that would give the police the authority to stop, search, and retain any individual walking the streets covered with this dye, until it can be determined what these people were involved in, or what riot they attended. Have time to review video to see if they were involved in any crimes.

This approach will expose the people doing the illegal actions. They no longer can hide behind the riot crowd. They know they are subject to being arrested if they are seen outside after they have been sprayed with this dye.

   Well, I figure that IF and when they work to make something become work or not…

   The proof is in the pudding…

   By that I mean that if it works or not, then, it will become safe to dish out to many, many people who right now, don’t have a prayer!

   They are able to use and see what kind of a color or other logistics are being used for the cops to see who is who and what is what?

   All the same now, that they are put into place they will be able to keep track every day to see who is doing what and where and how??
