Cedric Alexander, former president of national organization of black law executives appeared on CNN with John Lemon and revealed that  police manual states  that police officers are allowed to use deadly force when they are being shot by a taser. So, the District Attorney is trying to get death penalty or life in prison for officer who followed his training manual.
