Former Judge Gleason’s brief in Flynn case is totally irrelevant as he has no standing in this case

A brief filed by former judge John Gleason is a political manifesto that has no place in Flynn’s case. Firstly., Gleason has no standing in this case, he is neither prosecution, nor defense. As far as this case goes, he is nobody.

Secondly, the case is now in the court of Appeals. All proceedings in the district court should have been stopped. The case in District court is stayed until there is a decision of the court of Appeals.

I  believe the court of Appeals will soon order Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case, as requested by the prosecution.
