Peter Navarro: riots cost us some 2 million jobs. When buildings were burrned, stores looted and destroyed, around 2 million people lost their jobs

Economic advisor to President Trump, Director of the office for Trade and Manufacturing, Peter Navarro, appeared on Maria Bartiromo show on FOX.

As we know, 10,000 people were arrested around the country during riots. Buildings were torched, businesses were looted, people were beaten, hundreds of policemen were injured and several policemen were killed.

Navarro said that if a small business is torched and destroyed, about a 100 people lose their jobs, if a bunch of animals descends on a big store and loots and destroys it, 1,000 people lose their jobs. Navarro estimated that over 2 million jobs were lost

Navarro also stated that it is time to hold China accountable. China did not report timely the epidemic, lied, closed travel within China, but allowed people to fly from Wuhan to US and Europe and spread the epidemic around the world, which caused loss of some 40o,000 lives around the world and 100,000 in the United States, some 40 million Americans were temporarily unemployed and trillions of dollars were lost. Now China is engaged in aggressive moves in South China Sea, annexed some territory of India and took away all the freedoms of people in Hong Kong. It is time to hold China accountable.
