Economist/Yougov poll shows that General election is in a statistical tie

Just a week ago Biden led nationally by 5% in Economist/Yougov poll. It went down to 3%, which is within the margin of error and means that the race is in a statistical tie. Keep in mind that due to concentration of Dem party voters in fewer number of districts, Biden will need to win the popular vote by about 3% or more to win the electoral vote.
