Former prosecutor and congressman Trey Gowdy: 10 years in prison is a punishment for leaking secret intelligence info to reporters, he is also shocked about Sullivan’s actions in Flynn’s case

Gowdy appeared on FOX today stating that there does not appear to be any legitimate reason for so many Obama officials to unmask Flynn, particularly so close to inauguration. He stated that unmasking and leaking intelligence  info to reporters is punishable by 10 years in prison. He also stated that he never saw in his years as a prosecutor what Judge Sullivan is doing in Flynn’s case. Just a couple of days ago John Gleeson wrote an article that shows Gleeson to be extremely biased against Flynn and DOJ and Sullivan is allowing this biased person to just come in and argue. Gleeson has no standing and no place to be in this case at all. Sullivan is supposed to be an unbiased and impartial arbitrator between two parties in this case. Two parties want the case dismissed. The only thing Sullivan needs to do, is sign the papers and dismiss it. Sullivan’s actions in bringing an extremely biased person who has nothing to do with the case, shows an impermissible bias and abuse of power by Sullivan
