What damaging information did Flynn know that caused so many Obama officials to unmask his name, leak to the media, work hard to entrap him? Why Judge Sullivan does not dismiss the case after DOJ requested to dismiss? Flynn needs to reveal all the dirty secrets he knows!

5 UNANSWERED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MICHAEL FLYNN ‘UNMASKING LIST’

TRUMP ON UNMASKING: ‘THIS WAS ALL OBAMA, THIS WAS ALL BIDEN’

We need to see all the unmasking requests, I believe US Attorney Durham will be bringing charges against a number of people, including for abuse of constitutional rights under the power of authority.

It is shocking that 39 Obama officials were hard at work unmasking Flynn’s name from documents.

Why did the Secretary of treasury Jack Lew unmask his name? Lew was not an intelligence officer, there was no reason for him to do it.

Why did the US ambassador to US, Samantha Power, unmask Flynn’s name and names of so many others? She was not an intelligence officer,

I believe that the spy-gate will be bigger than Watergate.

18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law

Flynn is expected to sue in civil code under Section 1983

Section 1983 provides an explicit basis for any citizen whose constitutional or legal rights have been violated by a person acting under state government authority to sue that person personally for money damages and equitable redress to account for the harm resulting from the rights violation. It provides that:

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress . . . .[19]
