Why should the people and taxpayers of America be bailing out poorly run states (like Illinois, as example) and cities, in all cases Democrat run and managed, when most of the other states are not looking for bailout help? I am open to discussing anything, but just asking?

    We shouldn’t Mr. President! I’ve been saying the same since this mess started. They want to fleece the American tax payers to cover for their ineptitude and corruption. Only demorat, bankrupt states are bitching, whining and begging for more money. They want to lecture about States powers and the limits of the Federal Gov. but, at the same time are on their knees asking for more federal assistance. I don’t mind helping for this crisis but we should not be bailing their bankrupt states because of their incompetence in managing their States resources. Hell no! Enough it’s enough!
