    actually, Riverside county board of Supervisors made this decision, he is only enforcing. They recently had a problem with 38 patients in a nursing home being diagnosed with Covid and care takers refused to work. Patients had to be evacuated

    Politicians make unconstitutional laws every day, I know even in the military after My Lai you were taught that if they were illegal orders you had not only the right but the duty to disobey them.
    Martin Luther King, Jr.’s comment in his famous letter from Birmingham Jail: “One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.”
