    Just like the money from social security. After Roosevelt promised that ss money would be placed in a trust fund and not used but for social security Johnson moved it to the general fund and used it to finance the Vietnam Conflict and the money was never replaced. Since then every President both Republican or Demorat have use social security as their piggy bank when government start running out of money and never replace what they take, then politicians get on TV and lie their asses off and blame people on social security because we are so many? Now they will blame all the people sick, and Trump for the depletion of masks!
