    Please explain dear Orly.

    1) If the police team does nothing while violence against the victims happens: Why do not the victims file a civil law suit against the police? And why do not they demand the City Attorney to open a criminal case against the police?

    2) If the victims obtained the carry weapon permit and have the weapon with them during such attacks of vandals: Do the victims have a right to shoot into the attackers to protect own life and property such as cars?

    Inaction of the police in this situation undermines the law and order more than the violators do, and it stimulates more such violations.
