I was trying to figure what happened to nominations of 22 judges that were listed as pending with the Judiciary Committee on January 2nd and are not listed today.
They were sent to the president for re-nomination under Senate rule XXXI paragraph 6
Nominations neither confirmed nor rejected during the session at which they are made shall not be acted upon at any succeeding session without being again made to the Senate by the President; and if the Senate shall adjourn or take a recess for more than thirty days, all nominations pending and not finally acted upon at the time of taking such adjournment or recess shall be returned by the Secretary to the President, and shall not again be considered unless they shall again be made to the Senate by the President.
President Trump will sign re-nomination in the next week or two and the total number of pending nominations of judges will go up again from 11 to 33. There are 4 more pending nominations, which will increase the total to 37 pending nominations

Did you see the interview of Judge Joe about Barry Soetorah step daddy was an cia agent working for Bush Sr and then on top of that left Barry Soetorah a trustfund he shares with his two other soetorah siblings in the 100s of millions…Looks like he was a trustfund kid before he ran for Congress. I guess he forgot to put this info in his book..

Yeah…double the efforts to do something…
That’s the American way!
And it’s so time consuming…
That this whole ball of political wax can get lost in the shuffle!
