    It seems abundantly obvious that the bureaucrats think that if they don’t approve, or they question a move by the president, they should intervene. Every time I listen to one of these farcical proceedings, I wonder why Jordan or someone else doesn’t ask the obvious question, Who do you think is running the country. Is it the bureaucrats or the President?
