What is interesting with this record, aside from a birth date from 1890, are two other birth dates:

08.04.1961

04.08.1961

What could it mean? A record of someone who was born in a formal British colony, where they use both systems of date recording: Day, month year- European system; and Month, Day, Year- American. Does Kenya ring a bell?

Can someone find info on 042-68-4225, issued in CT between 1977-1979, associated with 3 birth dates: 1890,  08.04.61,  04.08.61.

Last time I checked Obama is not a part of holly Trinity, therefor there should be a much more trivial explanation. We need  all the info on this vital record.
